Kookie is such a lovely lil’ girl. She was heard crying on one of my neighbors roof for a few days but she couldn’t be seen. After a couple of days, she had fallen or found her way down to an empty house and found a new hiding spot. She was crying in hunger and fear.
We took her in and treated her with what was necessary. I’m not sure how long she was lost as she was really skinny and small in size. After checking with the vet, she was somewhere btw 8 to 10weeks…
She was really and it took me much longer to gain her trust. But she’s such a sweet girl. I managed to get her to mingle with a mother cat (Summer) and her kittens. And after a few attempts of trying to get close to each other, Summer finally allowed her to suckle on her along with her own babies - which was a real blessing to see how she accepted Kookie into her family.
Kookie, was so much smaller than Summer’s 6 weeks kittens but now, she’s grown bigger and looks so much healthier than the other kitties.
She has rcvd her first vaccine and would require two more vaccines. And after that, she would only require her yearly vaccines.
She’s too young to be spayed/neutered now. But she must be spayed/neutered when she is 6mths old.
She loves to play with the new found siblings and she is such a foodie. She is potty trained and very well mannered. Taking in one of her other siblings would also make her really happy. 🙂 Curly, the orange and white kitties in this post is her best buddy…
