Hi all, This is June. She came to us on 30th June. She crashed at our glass door one morning as I heard cats fighting. I opened my blinds n saw her being attacked by another big stray cat.
The first few pics is how she looked like when we found her. The big stray immediately fled after seeing me.
She was frightened and we gave her food and water and took her in. My son named her, June.
She has not been vaccinated, dewormed or spayed. We never took her to the vet then as it was MCO. Only last weekend we had to take her as she caught a flu. She is currently (6th Sept) on medication. We plan to make another visit to the vet to vaccinate and deworm her in a week or so.
She’s a very smart girl as we gave her a box with some litter sand in it and she immediately knew how to use it. June is an amazingly tame cat. Got some cat litter and placed it in a box and she knew how to do her biz there already.
My son is autistic and seem to love June a lot. But he is curious and would pull her whiskers, open her paws to inspect her and clean her eyes - She didn’t mind it at all. She never scratches or bites.
She is extremely playful but so very gentle. She taps on your leg to nudge u to play with her. We don’t have toys. We rolled up an aluminum ball and she is contented to play football with us around the house.
But we are so sad to have to leave her as we have to go. I hope she will find a good family that would love her to the bits.
Posting this up on behalf of a friend who will be moving back to Singapore soon.
