Meow has been roaming freely for the past 3 years and have never gone missing. And it is very unlikely that he will travel far, considering that he is neutered. We suspect a neighbour may have threw him away somewhere or he may have been in an accident. Meow looks like a common stray cat with white and light orange fur. What makes him different is his medium length tail & bulb-like birth scar (this is very hard to see unless if you look really closely)
