Management is starting to dump cats! Urgently looking for adopter!

Yaoyao is found downstairs in my apartment. She is very friendly and has reaches the mature age to be neutered, so I lured her effortlessly into the cat carrier and took her to the vet the next day. After she recovered from neutering, she was then released back to her usual spot.

She is doing well downstairs, but since she is friendly to human and is extremely adorable, why not give her a chance to get adopted into a forever home?

She is healthy and has been neutered. However, she has a hernia (a protrude lump) under her stomach, which is diagnosed as a harmless condition by vet. Yaoyao in general is very sweet cat and her meow melts my heart everytime. She has grey+orange fur, and has a short-curved-tail shaped like a “question mark” (see photo and video).
