Conditions for adoption:
- Fully indoor (NO free roaming outside the house and not even car porch & balcony)
- Strictly no caging (EXCEPT for health-care & medical purposes)
- Willing to vaccinate, deworm (with proof of pet medical record card)
- Feed only cat diet (kibbles, strictly no human food)
- Willing to update Felix's wellbeing (photos once in awhile)
- Never keep him outdoor or free roaming outside the house
