Someone found this white dog July 30 morning at Jalan Abang Haji Openg in Taman Tun. She has long unkempt white fluffy hair that's darkened with dirt and wearing a collar. Unsure how long the dog has been on the street. Very friendly. Please help us find the owner. Call Nicole.
