Sharing a post (as of 1 Feb). According to her, it seems female but she cannot get close enough to tell.
Story: This kind Muslim lady has been feeding this pup for awhile now. She first approached her and offered her some bread, to which she immediately wagged his tail. Being Muslim, she was still afraid and said, "Don't come too close, okay?" The pup seemed to understand and didn't approach any closer. This lady feels sorry for the pup because she is such a good girl. She is afraid that the Majlis team will catch her and bring her to the Pound, where we all know she will die a certain death.
I am posting this because in Malaysia, dogs are looked upon as filthy creatures by many. I was extremely touched by the act of this lady who, true to her religion, embodied the values of kindness and generosity by reaching out a hand to one who needed it, regardless of the backlash she may receive.
Note: I don't know the gender nor the age of the pup for sure.
Please contact me for the feeder's (the lady mentioned in this post) contact details.
Location: Sg Besar, Selangor (usually found in front of the printing shop Khu Media Enterprise, the same row as Puspakom Sungai Bear)
She can also be found sleeping underneath cars or beside motorcycles, not a conducive place to be.
