Latte has been dumped at one of the Taman at Kuantan area. She is human friendly and playful. Because of the human friendly personality the rescuer and fosterer sent her for neutral. Currently Latte is at recovery period and after one week time if there is no adopter. There is no choice to let Latte become spay dog as the fosterer currently own 2 dogs and get complaint from neigbourhood.
