I you do not respond to this e-mail by mid-day (12pm) today a Dog might die. I live in a family and community unfit to have dog’s around. Their idea of having a pet is to tie it up and take it out for walks every now and then. However, my dog seems to disagree. I need your help to take him away from this dreadful place.

I have no money to pay you for transportation fees, as I am unemployed and I still live with my parents. I tried letting Him go free but right now both me and the dog are held back, him by chains and me by parent’s words.

As a volunteer who run this page, mailbox & website, I do not have the time to check emails everyday. Beside helping SPCA Seberang Perai, I have a full time job to handle and other rescue work in progress. And I have stress many times for adoption or any enquiries to contact Mdm. Tan directly as I have no right to make any decision on behalf of them.

Lastly, I hope someone staying around Lunas, Kedah will be able to assist by dropping by to check out what’s going on in that community.

SPCA Seberang Perai

The SPCA Seberang Perai is a society registered in September 2005. Our primary aim is to reduce the population of stray animals or possibly a zero stray population in a humane manner. With lesser strays or no strays at all, the loving value of animals will be greatly increased and you can be sure that humans will shower more love for their pets and be responsible pet owners. The problem should not only be shouldered by our Society as the public must also understand the urgent need to control the pet population and give their whole-hearted support to all our projects for the undertaking to be successful. Then we will achieve a clean and hygienic environment for the community. As a no killing organization, we are embarking on a two-prong approach towards the problem i.e public education and sterilization of the stray animals.
