Anyone nearby can please help? We will bear the medical bill for this dog.

Hi, I saw a dog at Jalan pantai near Butterworth jeti with legs limping and one other leg crooked. She can’t walk properly at all with 3 legs. She walked 2 steps then will nearly fall. Then she stop and walk again. Can someone from the group help me to catch the dog and send to vet as I don’t have experience catching dogs.
