A common misconception is that rabbits are happy being isolated in their little cage, with sufficient food and water. Living a life like this is boring, depressing and stressful. This will cause more harm to their health and general wellbeing. They require space to stand, hop around and play.
They are social animals that requires love and affection, just like any other pets. But remember to get of the same gender as they breed a lot. A happy and healthy rabbit is able to live twice as long as a caged and neglected rabbit. Double the happiness, double the lifespan, double the fun!
