Recently, a member of public heard meowing coming from his kitchen. He looked around and was shocked to find a kitten sitting on the bottom ledge of his kitchen window, looking right back at him. Unsure of what to do, the individual decided to call the SPCA’s emergency hotline.
Our Animal Rescue Officer arrived on scene and saw that the young feline was extremely calm and composed despite its age. Our officer swiftly rescued the kitten without a hitch. The kitten was subsequently released back to the community where it belongs.
We are thankful to the member of public who alerted us to this incident, and for his concern for the cat.
