FALSE MESSAGE ABOUT TWO PUPPIES CIRCULATING ON SOCIAL MEDIA
It has been brought to our attention that there is a message circulating on WhatsApp about two puppies at “SPCA” that are to be put down.
We would like to clarify that SPCA Singapore does not have the two puppies and that the photo of the puppies in a clinic was not taken at SPCA Singapore. We have since verified that the post originated from Malaysia, and that the puppies have been adopted.
The SPCA does not put down healthy animals, and will give each and every animal the chance to find a home through efforts such as foster care and rehabilitation.
We thank everyone for their overwhelming concern for the pups, and for their interest in adopting them. The SPCA has many animals in need of forever homes. You can check them out at our Adoption Gallery here: http://www.spca.org.sg/services.asp.
