CALLING ALL ANIMAL LOVERS!

To all animal lovers out there, here’s a chance for you to make a difference in the lives of our little furry friends. We are a group of 18-year-old youths, who are participating in the Program Kepimpinan Tun Razak, organized by Yayasan Tun Razak. In collaboration with LASSie (Langkawi Animal Shelter and Sanctuary Foundation), we are launching a Give Back Project to raise funds for shelter animals which were previously abused, abandoned and disabled. Other than donating money, you can also help us by sharing our social media campaign to spread the word. Together, let us contribute to the welfare of our voiceless and neglected furry friends.

The Langkawi Animal Shelter and Sanctuary Foundation is set-up to receive, rehabilitate and care for neglected, abused and needy animals. The organization also runs the Langkawi Island Animal Clinic - a charity project aimed at the sterilization of the stray cat & dog population. Both are non profit ventures, staffed partly by volunteers and aimed at improving the lives of unwanted animals.
