Neutering Aid For 1 Dog In Gelang Patah (Nujtiya Chareansouk’s)

We provided provided an aid of RM90 for the neutering of this dog (female). Ms Nujtiya requested for only RM90. This also comes under our Project-Based Applications.

Dear Dr. Chan,

As discussed, I have started implementing CNRM for the stray dogs in Gelang Patah (GP) Johor. I named this place as “GP-Area A” since I feed a few different areas everyday. There are 9 dogs (4 males & 5 females) in Area A, but I would concentrate on neutering female dogs first. All of them are not easy to catch so I might take longer time to catch them.

This is the first dog that trapped in “GP-Area A” on 02/MAR/2019 and got her spayed on 03/MAR/2019.

This dog is now kept at my house and I plan to keep her for 2 weeks for the 1st vaccination and 2nd vaccination a month later. I will then send her to a fruit plantation so she doesn’t have to be a stray anymore.

So may I have your approval to claim the spaying fee RM90? FYI, the actual amount is RM200.
