Hey Guys. We Had Recently Conducted The First Sess..

Hey guys!!!🐢🐢🐢

We had recently conducted the first session of our annual “Turtle Awareness Programme” with students from S. K. Bukit Kuang, Kemaman on Tuesday, 25th June 2019. A total of 40 students and 4 teachers participated in the programme. Dr. Pelf gave a talk about turtle diversity and the importance of turtles and and how we could help save them from extinction. We introduced “ecobricks” to the students and teachers as a way to reduce plastic wastes and we encouraged the students to make their own ecobricks to reduce the amount of plastic trash that leaves our homes and schools. Soon after, the students played Treasure Hunt ala Amazing Race!😜 We are happy to see students being very cooperative and enthusiastic.

In a nutshell, we enjoyed the teaching and learning process and hopefully the students can share the knowledge that they’ve learned. It was such a fun experience to be with the students who were always in full spirit to learn about the turtles as well as saving the nature.

We thank the teachers and students of S. K. Bukit Kuang for joining us and Kemaman Sands for letting us use your beautiful resort for this educational programme.

Till we meet again soon!! 😁😁😁
