3 REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD LEASH YOUR DOG

We recently received a number of calls regarding dog owners letting their fur kids run free in public spaces so we’re here to remind every dog owner to leash up.

Here’s why:

1. You can be fined up to S$5,000 for not leashing your dog in public spaces. No one wants to break the law, especially in Singapore. You could buy at least 2000 kopi pengs with that money (or donate the money to SPCA).

2. You don’t want your dog accidentally running to the road and getting into an accident due to negligence.

3. You don’t want your dog running up to someone who is allergic to/afraid of dogs because you’re a considerate citizen.

However, if you prefer to let your best friend run free, you could visit your nearest dog park with our helpful Dog Park Etiquette guide: bit.ly/dogparketiquetteSPCA ☺️
