…It could be all of the above as a leader can be anyone 🤓. Our founder, Dr. Jane Goodall, believes that compassion is a virtue that all leaders could be practising – be it in business, politics or anywhere else.

So what constitutes Compassionate Leadership? A compassionate leader is one who considers impact caused to all – be it creatures, humans or our planet. They strive to improve the lives of others. They lead with thoughtfulness, consciousness and compassion ❤️🙏🦋🌳
