Budget 2020: Allocation For Environment Sees A Dip

The Budget 2020 was announced yesterday, and we would like to congratulate the Government on the allocations for environment and species protection and conservation. While we welcome this announcement, we admit that there are are issues and areas which have been neglected, such as marine biodiversity. Our efforts in marine conservation will not falter, and we will continue to protect and conserve our seas and and coastal area.



The WWF-Malaysia Conservation director said that the budget neglected marine biodiversity, despite the numerous troubles at sea.
