Dog of the week – LAGUNA – ready for adoption 🐾

Laguna was brought in to LASSie in 2016 by residents of The Laguna Apartments as he was found hanging around the grounds of the apartment buildings. He was treated for a slight limp.

2019 has been a tough year for Laguna as he has had some bad skin issues. He is on medication and a special program to help get his fur back. He’s slowly getting better and livelier.

He loves to lay outside in the sun and would make a great companion. He’s very affectionate but also independent. A genuinely lovely dog looking for his forever home.

The Langkawi Animal Shelter and Sanctuary Foundation is set-up to receive, rehabilitate and care for neglected, abused and needy animals. The organization also runs the Langkawi Island Animal Clinic - a charity project aimed at the sterilization of the stray cat & dog population. Both are non profit ventures, staffed partly by volunteers and aimed at improving the lives of unwanted animals.
