Sibling Kittens Rescued. This Morning, Two Kittens..

SIBLING KITTENS RESCUED

This morning, two kittens were caught in a rat glue trap that was placed by a pest control company at an industrial factory in Yishun. SPCA was notified by the building’s security management who kept the kitties sheltered from the sun while waiting for us to arrive!

Rescue officers swiftly poured oil on the two kittens before gently removing them from the drain in less than 15 mins. The siblings were brought to SPCA’s clinic to be thoroughly washed with the help of a deep oil massage. The kitties are exhausted but are doing well and will be needing loving homes soon.

Such incidents are not uncommon and the SPCA urges pest control companies to ban glue traps.
