1) This case was circulated around social media on 12/4/2020, on the same night, ISPCA has reported to Perak’s Veterinary Department. On 13/4/2020 morning around 6am, the dog was already rescued out from the premise by Mr Goh.
因此事在12/4 社交媒体上广传，ISPCA在当晚9.40pm已向霹雳州兽医局投报。
吴谦发大哥在13/4早上6am左右在投报单位把狗狗救出。
2) Authority from Veterinary Department upon arrival on 8:45am realised that the dog was not there anymore and contacted Mr Goh to understand the situation. (The dog was sent to private veterinary clinics for treatment)
霹雳州兽医局13/4上午8.45am到达上述地址，发现狗狗已被吴谦发大哥救出并且送往(私人)兽医院捡查。
官员也联络吴大哥并且向他了解详情。
3) On 14/4/2020, officers from Vet Department and Mr Goh lodged a police report and the case will be further investigated by Vet Department.
14/4太平兽医局官员和吴先生一起到警察局录取一份口供，因为此事将会由兽医局接手调查。
4) As for whether the case will be categorized as abuse case, it will be upon investigation and ISPCA will be taking care of it until the case is closed. (It will be opened for adoption after with terms and conditions apply)
此事是否有虐狗行为，我们已经交由霹雳州兽医调查，ISPCA是负责饲养这只狗到调查或整个案子结束为止。
(到时候是公开领养，但需符合条件)
5) ISPCA will not be convenient to provide any information during the investigation process. Thank you.
此案件已经进入司法程序，我们不便透露更多。谢谢。
