It may be #lockdownumber4 but were still going to celebrate #worldturtleday2020 in style!

Unleash your #creativity through not one but two #competitions we’ll be holding until World Turtle Day this saturday, on the 23rd of May. Celebrating the theme of “Keeping Common Species Common”, check out our facebook and insta pages for #inspiration on all the different types of freshwater #turtles and #tortoises found to create some awesome paintings (both physical and digital artwork will be accepted!), and upload a video of yourself (no longer than 1 min) sharing your #conservation message on the importance of non-marine species for #Indian #ecosystems and how we can work together to save them!

Winners will be featured on our social media pages as well as awarded with online gift vouchers so put on your #creativecaps and get creating! @turtlesurvival @wcsindia

Turtle Conservation Society

The Turtle Conservation Society of Malaysia was established in October 2011. The aim of the society is to bring about the recovery of depleted wild populations of turtles, with particular reference to freshwater turtles, in Malaysia through partnerships with like-minded organizations, individuals and local communities as well as through its own programs.
