Another one from the archives. Ramadhan 11 years ago, we released 99 river terrapins into the Setiu River.

As fishermen prepared to break their fast on Wednesday, 99 river terrapins raised in captivity had their first taste of freedom.

The Turtle Conservation Society of Malaysia was established in October 2011.
