Sign up as a Roots and Shoots Award volunteer and be part of the conservation efforts on the slopes of our mountain rainforests.

You will have the opportunity to volunteer onsite or online with TREKS 😁

The Volunteer Programme includes:

The Amazing Pitcher Plants of Genting Highlands (duration: 2 days 1 night weekdays) – To relocate pitcher plants from affected areas to ex-situ conservation site

The Adorable Siamangs of Genting Highlands (duration: 2 days 1 night weekdays) – To collate photos & videos of the siamangs & produce mini podcast & documentaries

The Fashion Forest, Awana Bio Park (duration: 2 days 1 night weekdays) – To identify and create ID signs for trees & plants of the Fashion Forest

The Smart Forest, Smart Park, Smart Garden (duration: 2 days 1 night weekdays) – To design and create Interactive Smart Info signs using QR code, NFC, and Augment Reality information video.

mengumpulkan foto & video siamang & menghasilkan podcast & dokumentari mini

mengenal pasti dan membuat tanda ID untuk pokok & tumbuh-tumbuhan di Fashion Forest

merancang dan membuat tanda Maklumat Pintar Interaktif dengan menggunakan kod QR, NFC, dan video maklumat Augment Reality.
