Happy New Year !

2020 was extraordinary year for most. Covid-19 changed many of our lives in more ways than one. For us at ACRES, we had to make changes to how our team worked with half working from home. We also lost an fellow ACRES family member which affected all of us. Fortunately, our 24-hour wildlife rescue carried on as essential services. With minimal manpower and just a small handful of dedicated volunteers, we managed to carry on as usual. We did not let Covid-19 hamper our efforts to help the voiceless. In all, we attended to more calls to our hotline than ever before. We also rescued and rehabilitated more animals than ever before. Our Wildlife Management Teams responded to about 500 conflict cases and our education and outreach team continued to find ways to reach out and educate more people across Singapore.

This was made possible through the hard work put in by our team of staff, volunteers and our supporters who continued to pour in donations to help us tide through. We would like to thank each one of you who have contributed in anyway possible to help us in our endeavour.
