This cute and charismatic three-year-old pup came to Soi Dog just over a year ago because she wasn’t safe in the area she was living. She was quickly adopted but because of the health crisis, her travel plans were put on hold. With no tourists to fly with Charcoala to her new home, she was stuck at the shelter. We desperately want her to get overseas by cargo. Will you please help her?
