排除万难就是要爱，因为生命没有不同

来自一户马来爱心家庭的求救

愿意爱狗的友族朋友少之又少

而这么爱又养了这么多只的更少见！

真的大大感动了我们 ….

“爱是不分种族、宗教和信仰”

这句话真正体现在Wan这户马来人家身上

早在一年前的一天，马来大叔Wan和家人撞见了3只很瘦、很瘦的流浪狗狗突然出现在家附近

而他们家附近根本就没有店屋，狗群不可能找的到食物，出于怜悯之心，他们开始喂食浪浪们，狗狗也感受到这户人家不是坏人，过后经常徘徊在他们家外

但因没办法带它们去结扎，结果数量越来越多 ……. 直到现在竟衍生到了13只大狗外加12只小狗，另外他们也收留照顾了70++ 多只的浪猫咪 😵😱

数量实在惊人!

#结扎真的非常非常非常重要

而村子里的友族邻居开始怨气冲天，从一开始的警告，到上门破口辱骂他们为什么身为马来人要养狗，甚至让人悲愤的是，邻居们开始毒狗，而Wan一家甚至亲眼看着狗狗被毒死在面前，而无能为力 …… 😢😢

但他们仍坚持狗也是珍贵的生命，爱狗并无罪！不愿放弃照顾这些狗孩子，因而向我们求助，希望我们可以帮帮忙为狗狗结扎，把数量控制下来

我们安排了首趟探访，因为有小狗狗的关系，Wan一家甚至用尽了办法，搭了小屋让它们有安全的地方成长，每天花很多时间、精力煮食来喂饱毛孩们

而Wan气愤的告诉我们，一开始会有狗狗出现在村子里，都是因为附近的园主把狗带回来养，结果搬走了却把狗狗丢出来自生自灭

人类不负责任的弃养，

始终是所有悲歌的源头啊！😡

我们现在已开始着手带Wan一家照顾的浪浪们陆续去做结扎，但猫狗数量真的太庞大，单单结扎费这边粗略估计都会超过马币5000块 😖😩

加上Wan一家的经济能力非常有限，我们决定全额津贴，并需努力凑集结扎费用 (捐助方式如下，有能力的朋友希望得到您的帮助，非常感恩 🙏)

(狗狗们的地点在北干娜娜，但我们将协助送往领养人家)

做动保做了十多年 … 只能说，不管是什么种族、国家，都存在着坏心或善良的人，每个人都有选择权，只看你愿不愿意选择成为善良的那个人

什么宗族或信仰，都不该变做你伤害其他生命的理由

Strays living in the Malay village.

SOS appeal from a kind Malay family. There are very few Malay friends who are willing to love dogs, and it’s even rarer for a Malay family who love dogs so much and raise so many!

It really touched us ….

(We are raising medical funds now to help neuter their rescued strays and also rehome the pups 🙏)

“Love is regardless of race, religion or belief”, this quote is truly reflected in Pakcik Wan and his family.

One day as early as a year ago, Wan and his family ran into 3 very skinny stray dogs suddenly appeared near their home.

There is no shop house at all near their house, and they are pretty sure that the dogs can’t find any food there. Out of kindness, they started feeding the dogs. The doggies could felt that the family was not a bad person, and they often wandered outside their home afterwards.

But because there is no way to take them to neuter, their population increase fast … Until now, there are 13 adult dogs plus 12 puppies, and they also took care of more than 70++ stray cats 😵😱

#SpayAndNeuter is really VERY VERY IMPORTANT 🙏

And the nearby Malay neighbors began to resent, they even confronted Wan’s family why they want to keep dogs as a Malay, and even sadly, the neighbors started poisoning the dogs, and Wan family even watched it with their own eyes with broken heart. The dog was poisoned to death in front of them and there’s nothing they could do …😢😢

But they still insist that all lives matter, and they are unwilling to give up taking care of these dogs, recently they seek for our help desperately, hoping that we can help neuter the cats and dogs to control their population.

We managed to visit them. Wan family even tried their best to build few small houses for the puppies to allow them to grow up in a safe place. They spend a lot of time and energy every day cooking to feed the furkids.

And Wan told us angrily that at the beginning there would be dogs in the village, all because of the nearby estate owner who brought the dogs back to raise them, but they just threw the dogs out when they moved away.

The irresponsible abandonment done by human beings, is always the source of all tragic stories 😡🤬

We have now begun to send their rescued dogs by batch for neutering, but the number of cats and dogs is really too huge, and the neutering fee alone here is roughly estimated to exceed MYR5000 😖😩

In addition, the financial capacity of the Wan family is very limited. We decided to give a full subsidy and we need to work hard to raise the medical funds (the donation method is stated below, we sincerely hope to have your kind support 🙏)

We have to find a home for the puppies too. Friends who wish to adopt a puppy can directly contact our volunteer at 018-310 4705

(the puppies’ location is at Pekan Nanas, but we will help to bring the pup to adopter’s place)

We can only say that no matter what race or country, there are bad or kind people exist. But everyone has a choice, to choose to become a kind and better person.

Only when there is more love and kindness in the world, more vulnerable lives can get better treatment 🙏

Homeless & Orphan Pets Exist (H.O.P.E.) is a non-profit organization and no-kill shelter that aims to improve welfare of strays and abandoned pets around Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Our four core missions are rescuing, re-homing, sterilization and increasing public awareness of pet ownership and responsibilities. Currently, we are caring for approximately 700 abandoned animals in our shelter located at Lima Kedai.
