看我们可爱的小姐姐们如何为大家亲自示范各种居家运动 😜😂

我们义跑的挑战距离是5.20公里 或 6824步，只要在一个月的挑战期里，用任何的App或任何可以计步、计算里数的工具，在运动时携带在身上，过后再把证明截屏 (screenshot) 给我们就可以了 ~

这段期间我们强烈建议大家尽可能待在家，

请为前线奋战的医护人员、我们的医疗体系和未来多多着想

但stay at home的同时，也别忘了活动筋骨、锻炼心志 💪

We have seen several friends respond that because of the pandemic, they refused to participate in our charity virtual run despite their intentions.

📣📣📣📣 BUT……! In fact, you can do sports at home to complete the challenge without going out! 📣📣📣📣

(100% of the event profit goes to the homeless animals 🐶🐱💪🖖🤘)

The challenge distance of our charity virtual run is 5.20KM or 6824 steps. As long as you use any App or any tool that can count steps and miles during the one-month challenge period, carry the device with you during exercise, and then take a screenshot of the proof and send to us.

During this period, we strongly recommend that everyone stay at home and limit your outdoor activities. Spare a thought for the medical frontliners, our medical system and the future.

But while staying at home, not to forget to exercise to boost immunity and mental health 💪

Homeless & Orphan Pets Exist (H.O.P.E.) is a non-profit organization and no-kill shelter that aims to improve welfare of strays and abandoned pets around Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Our four core missions are rescuing, re-homing, sterilization and increasing public awareness of pet ownership and responsibilities. Currently, we are caring for approximately 700 abandoned animals in our shelter located at Lima Kedai.
