六十多岁的长辈都还在奔波着努力带浪浪去结扎，年轻的朋友一起动起来、爱心接棒，护生路上让我们积极找办法而不是找借口 💪

近期因团队人手超级不足，根本无暇分身出外积极的诱捕浪浪结扎

遇到几十只常在大路旁流浪、很多被撞死的浪浪，60多岁的创办人嘉嘉阿姨和园区另一位年迈的爱心妈妈亲自上阵，两位老人家时常不辞辛苦的追着浪浪跑、诱捕、用又旧又小的“战车”载它们到市区诊所结扎

不结扎真的问题一箩筐，浪浪数量永远不会少，怎么救都救不完

结扎绝对是减少浪浪的最人性化解决方式

疫情和管制无疑大幅度限制了我们的护生工作 ….. 只能在能力所及之下尽量去帮助 😞

/ 由于我们有通关信，所以仍可移动在外做护生工作，想带毛孩结扎的朋友记得要遵守SOP，也不可做多人的捕捉行动，如浪浪情况不紧急还是建议管制结束后再带往结扎

很多人还不知道这段期间兽医院属必要性服务，所以仍然是有开门的，可带到您住所附近的兽医院，也可要求兽医院发出相关信件 🙏

The elders in their sixties are still running around and trying hard to send the strays to spay & neuter. Young friends let’s move together and take over with love. Let us actively find ways to protect the homeless lives instead of making excuses 💪

Recently, due to the super shortage of manpower in the team, we can hardly go out and actively trap the strays for neutering.

Encountered dozens of strays who often wandered along the road and were hit to death, the 60-year-old founder Aunt Jia Jia and another elderly caregiver aunty in the shelter worked hard every day to chase after the strays, trap them, and send them to town clinics for spaying/neutering.

There is a real big problem without sterilization. The number of strays will never reduce and their plight will never be ended.

Spaying & Neutering is the most humane solution to reduce homeless animals.

The pandemic and movement control order have undoubtedly greatly restricted our rescuing work…We can only help as much as we can 😞

/ Since we have the approval letter, we can still move around to carry out our works. Friends who want to bring animals for spaying & neutering must follow the SOP, and please don’t involve many peoples in the trapping works.

Many still don’t know that the veterinary clinic is an essential service during this period, so the clinic is allowed to operate as usual. You can go to the vet clinic near to your place, and request the clinic to issue a letter for you 🙏

Homeless & Orphan Pets Exist (H.O.P.E.) is a non-profit organization and no-kill shelter that aims to improve welfare of strays and abandoned pets around Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Our four core missions are rescuing, re-homing, sterilization and increasing public awareness of pet ownership and responsibilities. Currently, we are caring for approximately 700 abandoned animals in our shelter located at Lima Kedai.
