LETTERS: Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) Selangor acknowledges the Ipoh mayor’s clarification on Feb 28 that the Ipoh City Council workers were at the Tasik Cermin Eco Park to bury the carcasses of 20 stray dogs believed to have been poisoned by unknown individuals.
