Santaclaus was just a tiny puppy when she first arrived at our shelter, and her eyes spoke a million words. She was rescued in December 2021 by a kind local resident who spotted her in dire condition by the side of the road… it was a true Christmas miracle! This poor pup had been hit by a car the night before and could barely move 😥💔. She also had a tick infestation and severe anaemia.

Thankfully, she was rescued and brought to safety at our hospital. She was extremely weak and needed urgent medical treatment. Only because of the kindness of an animal lover like you is Santaclaus still here with us today. Can you even recognise her? She has grown so much! After months of treatment, she is now finally strong and healthy, ready to enjoy her best life here at the Sanctuary 😍🐾. She has survived through thick and thin during these last 5 months, and we couldn’t be happier for her.
