🔥 HEAT STROKE WARNING 🔥

Protect your furkid from the sweltering heat!

Animals in general are more vulnerable to heat than us and as the temperature rises, so does the risk of heatstroke in your furkid. The general rule: If you are feeling the heat, your furkid is probably having it worst!

With temperatures predicted to hit up to 35oC for the next two weeks or so, it is ever more important to protect our fur kids from the heat! 🥵

Here are some tips to prevent heat strokes –

🐾 Provide shade or keep your pet indoors with fans or air-conditioning on.

🐾 Avoid walking or exercising your furkid during the hottest part of the day.

🐾 Do not leave your pet unattended in a parked car even if the windows are open. The temperature inside can soar quickly.

🐾 Proper grooming is crucial for your furkids. Avoid clean shaving your pets as it could lead to overheating or sunburn.

🐾 Keep them hydrated at all times.

🐾 Avoid walking them on hot pavements.
