This is an example of a 10-day task sheet for our volunteer who manages transportation and vet visits.
6/11- Send 2 male dogs (Otis and Orito) from bb to the vet at 10 am for neutering. They need to be fasted.
8/11 – Max appointment at UPM Vet at 10am. Pick up Max around 830am.
9/11 – Send 3 male dogs from Rawang to vet for neutering at 10am. Name of the dogs to be confirmed by Pauline. They need to be fasted.
Discharge one dog from Ara Vet and send to USJ 9 at 3pm
10/11 – discharge 3 puppies from Taipan Vet, please get vaccination cards from the vet and send to HWH
11/11 – Adoption drive at Amcorp. Discharge 2 male dogs (Otis and Orito) from vet and back to Rawang.
Send 3 pups from HWH to Amcorp Mall at 12, with playpen and send them back at 6pm.
12/11 – Adoption drive at Amcorp Mall. Send 3 pups from HWH to Amcorp at 12 and send them back at 6pm*
13/11 – send 3 pups to Rawang
14/11 (930am) – Biopsy appointment for Forrest at UPM Vet. Forrest to be admitted and will be discharged the next day depending on his condition. Forrest to be fasted for the procedure from 12am midnight.*
16/11 – Discharge 3 male dogs from vet and back to Rawang.
17/11 – Send Milo to Dr. Ben’s clinic for 3rd vaccination and deworming. Send Milo back to Rawang the next day.
20th Nov – Send Xena to Gasing for Heartworm jabs. She needs to be admitted and discharged on 22nd Nov and send her back to Rawang. Take 1 box of Heartgard for Xena and pass to Khup. Xena needs to start taking the Heartgard on 25th Nov.
Other pending dates/tasks – Forrest follow-up appointment at UPM Vet, Xena’s follow-up on her skin, discharging Noel, follow-up for Petey S bite wound.
