UPDATE ON JJP…….. the handsome guy from the Soi Dog Shelter in Phuket with the severe burn wounds. JJP travelled to his new forever home the USA in May of this year and we had hoped the lack of direct sunlight on his burn wounds would improve his condition. However, the burn wound still would not heal properly and it would crack and bleed everyday causing him great discomfort. Well today he went in for surgery to have the burn tissue removed. Just got word from the vet a couple of hours ago that procedure went well and he should be healed after 2 weeks with a full recovery. Hang in there JJ….. better days ahead.
