DEAR LITTLE COLLIE…
Collie was dumped by his previous owners at the roadside when he was just a year old. He’s been at the Soi Dog shelter for 2 years now & has medical issues which we think may have been caused by distemper as a young pup. Collie is very quiet, solitary dog who’s happy in his own company, but lately he’s become very fond of cuddles & attention from volunteers. Here’s Collie having one of his cuddles a few days ago…
