Adoption Spotlight: Sugar, Yam Yam, Mog and Sago.

Both 1-year-olds, Sugar and Yam Yam came to us in a pair, abandoned by their previous owner after they were allowed to breed. Sugar is the girl while Yam Yam is the boy. Sugar gave birth to two boys, Mog and Sago, but the entire family was given up soon after. They didn’t have such great luck in life, but are ready for their second chances! As sterilisation isn’t too safe for guinea pigs, Sugar and Yam Yam should be kept separately or should go to different homes. Mog and Sago are both boys and should go to the same family as guinea pigs are social creatures who do well with company. But let their previous owner’s mistake be a reminder that same-gender friends is the way to go for guinea pigs! Ready for a 7-year commitment?

Also, show some love to the other equally adorable and lovable animals waiting in our shelter for their forever homes. Visit http://www.spca.org.sg/services.asp for more information and we’ll see you in our shelter :)
