Totoro Continues His Treatment For His Horrific Wound

Hi, they call me Totoro and you can read my story at https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.651851471523258.1073742568.108625789179165&type=

I came to the clinic after Soi Dog Foundation was told that I had been shot. Animal rescue officer Khun Jaroon came to collect me and brought me to the clinic. The lovely Dr Su examined me and said that I hadn’t been shot, but that it was a good thing that Khun Jaroon had brought me in as I needed urgent medical treatment. Thanks to the Emergency Response Team (https://www.soidog.org/en/donate-today/ert/ert.html) Dr Su was able to treat me immediately. Dr Su and the vet nurses had to spend a very long time treating my wound as it was full of maggots. I feel much better now the maggots have been removed, but I am still very sore.

The vets are now treating me every day to clean my wound and remove any dead tissue they find. It is not a pleasant experience, but I know they have to do it. I would really like to thank the members of the Emergency Response Team as without them, I do not know what would have become of me. You can also help me and other dogs who need treatment by joining this team. You can join today by visiting https://www.soidog.org/en/donate-today/ert/ert.html
