We have fully sponsored RM80 for Moon Yin’s spaying.
Ms Wong takes the community cats in her flat area to be neutered at the SPCA. She does not use email and her communication with us is by whatsapp voice messages.
Ms Wong sent us these photos by whatsapp and the staff at the SPCA helps her print out our forms.
