We have subsidised RM150 for the spaying of Sapphire.

Hi Dr. Chan,

I�rescued a female dog 2 weeks ago who was trapped in the drain.

She is about 1 year old according to the Vet�and�I had sent her for spaying yesterday�at�the vet in JB.

The�total bill amount is RM 280,�kindly consider to let me�claim�for RM 150.

Attached the form, receipt and photos for my request, kindly check.

I will send you the Original docs by this�Wednesday (Pos Ekspres LG19 372 984 3MY).

I’m glad that my cousin offered her help to take care of this poor little doggy�and also promised me to made her�part of her family now.

My cousin�named�her “Sapphire”. I hope she can get along and live happily with my cousin.
