Poaching is one of the major threats towards the survival of tigers and other wildlife. Shown here is a map of the Royal Belum forest, where the red dots represent signs of poaching and encroachment in the form of poacher camps or snares (traps) laid out to illegally capture wildlife as discovered by our biologists.

Having our biologists on ground not only helps deter poachers but also allows the team to remove any snares they come across during their surveys. Make a symbolic adoption at http://bit.ly/1IC31el so that we can continue our work in the forest to monitor and protect the Malayan Tiger.
