This is Spencer. He is a friendly stray that is living on the streets, possibly abandoned by his human. A kind couple brought him to be neutered, we can’t keep him but we promised to put his photo online so someone out there might give this boy a home. He is handsome, so handsome! SPCA Selangor is an animal welfare organisation based in Ampang Jaya, Selangor. The aim of the SPCA is to protect defenseless animals and to alleviate their suffering.
