The clouded leopard is a threatened species that can be found in the jungles of Sabah. This stunning wild cat species is dependent on the availability of forests and has therefore been declining rapidly due to extreme loss of habitat and poaching.

The clouded leopard is also notoriously elusive, making it extremely difficult to photograph in the wild. WWF-MY’s team in Sabah was lucky to have captured on video a mother clouded leopard and her cub during their wildlife survey in the field this month. #WildlifeAtlasSabah .
