Our vets estimate that Petey is about 3 years of age. He was dumped at the municipal dog pound with a horrific wound on one of his eyes. From there, he was transferred to the Soi Dog hospital. We don’t know how long this poor little boy had been like this but it was clear he was in terrible pain. Think for a moment about what would have happened without people like you. Sadly, the injury to his eye was so severe that it was too late to save it. It needed to be removed to end the terrible pain Petey was in. Following his surgery, we watched as he started to turn a corner and began to heal.
