前几天在北干路上救援的盲目乱冲的老狗，我们一直深信是走失的，直到今天都没有主人联系，难道真是老了被丢出来的吗 …. 😢

狗狗屁屁部位肿一大颗出来，检查结果竟然得了和子宫脱垂的小黑一样的病 – 会阴疝气 Perineal Hernia ( 晴天霹雳啊啊啊 ⚡

这个病要做复杂的修复手术，而且手术费很贵，通常发生在没有结扎的公狗身上 (为什么不结扎 … 😭) (支撑腹腔器官的肛门周围组织发生破裂)

目前医药费累积一大笔，非常感激我们配合兽医的爱心! 手术费减至RM1,500 (不包括术后护理、住院、药物、复诊等)

我们无法再等是否会有主人出现，先为狗狗动手术再说。这个老孩子很乖巧可爱，手术排期在来临星期二在 Permas Jaya Global Pets进行，天佑你一切顺利孩子🙏

Still no owner come forward to claim this old furkid that we rescued days ago at Pekan Nanas. Could he be an abandoned dog 😢

He’s sick now and sure he hopes that his human family can stay by his side. If you’re the owner please contact us asap

His backside is swollen badly and after vet check up it’s a shocking result to us, he’s suffering from Perineal Hernia (same condition with XiaoHei)

A perineal hernia (PAH) results from a weakening of the muscles that support the rectum (pelvic diaphragm).

These hernias begin to bulge when they fill with fat, abdominal tissue, or the urinary bladder, or when part of the rectum slides into the pocket.

Perineal hernias are most common in middle-aged and geriatric intact male dogs. Doggie need to have a repair surgery which is very costly.

Thank you to the kindness of our panel vet! They reduced the surgery charges to RM1,500 (exclude after care, hospitalization and medication)

This old furkid is very friendly and tame, his surgery is scheduled on coming Tuesday at Permas Jaya Global Pets. Wish you all the best furbaby! 🙏

Homeless & Orphan Pets Exist (H.O.P.E.) is a non-profit organization and no-kill shelter that aims to improve welfare of strays and abandoned pets around Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
