So the Basset Hound, that we have named Mr X, apparently has a owner who contacted us asking for his return. Just after that, our snoops managed to find the location and his neighbours pleaded with us to not return Mr X to him. Apparently he also has an old Doberman that was tied at the same location today. Dobbie is currently being fostered by someone. According to neighbours, one of his previous dogs died of neglect. They claimed that these two were also grossly neglected and we kind of find that easy to believe. Thus, Mr X will remain with us until further notice.

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better is a canine welfare programme initiated by non-profit organisation Community Development and Integration Initiative (CDII).

MDDB's main activities revolve around rescuing dogs from the local council pounds as well as off the streets. Once they have been rescued, the dogs are vaccinated and neutered before being put up for adoption.
