Happy Vesak Day!

On this day when people celebrate life and practice love, peace and harmony, do remember to show love and compassion to the animals who share this earth with us. Please do not release captive animals who cannot fend for themselves in the wild, or disrupt the balance in our ecosystem by releasing non-indigenous animals into our surroundings.

Love the animals, but love them well.

On that note, our Animal Care Officers will be hard at work over the long weekend, helping our animals find good homes. Come visit them and our furry friends!
