Click Here To Save A Dog Like Maril

I am a girl of about 7 years of age, who came to Soi Dog from the streets of Phuket. I had lived all my life on those streets. I had no owner to take care of me and I had been suffering for a very long time. When the vets examined me, they saw that I had mange, a fungal skin infection, anaemia, eye discharge, overgrown nails and I had ticks all over my face and body. I was Maril – sad and alone, unwanted and unloved.

Soi Dog took me in and started me on skin medications, antibiotics and nutritional supplements to speed up my recovery. I was still eating and drinking and the vets said this would help me get stronger. Because of everything they did for me, I am a different dog today, and I have had the best news ever. A lady called Stacey, who lives in Canada, is going to adopt me. I have now been moved into the hotel run, with all the other dogs that have been adopted and are waiting to travel to their forever homes. I am Maril; I am wanted and I am loved.

It is thanks to a group of Soi Dog supporters called the Emergency Response Team that I was picked up off the street and taken to safety. YOU now have the chance to do the same for another dog; there are so many out there. The monthly donations from the members of the Emergency Response Team have led to my happy ending. Please consider doing the same for another dog by joining the team today. All you have to do is click on my picture to get started. Thank you.
