Stuck on a ledge on the second storey of Block 301, Hougang Avenue 5, this cat was fortunate enough to be spotted by a concerned member of the public. Our Animal Rescue Officer (ARO) attended to the emergency call and managed to get the cat to safety after a bit of coaxing. Aside from frayed nerves, the cat was safe and eager to return to where it had come from. After ensuring its safety, our ARO released the cat to safety.

If you see an animal in danger, please call our emergency hotline at 6287 5355 ext. 9. Our emergency rescue hotline operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Please do not report emergencies on Facebook! For more information on how you can help an animal in need, visit http://www.spca.org.sg/services_animal_rescue.asp.
