Never get a dog if you are not willing to take proper care of it. This case happened in Seremban at 6pm yesterday. Dog that was inside car porch was poisoned. Dog was writhing and screaming in pain and owner was spraying it with water. When neighbour went and asked what was wrong owner said dog had gone mad. Refused to open gate and allow neighbour to take dog to vet. Only opened the gate when a group of residents gathered outside and the guard of the gated community was brought in. Neighbour gave first aid and called many vets but all refused to help. Finally one of them, a Dr Soma responded at 11.00pm. He told the neighbour to bring the dog to his house where he gave it some treatment. The neighbours took the dog and admitted it at Goh and Tan Veterinary Clinic this morning. The poor doggo is in a comma. Please pray for her.

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better is a canine welfare programme initiated by non-profit organisation Community Development and Integration Initiative (CDII).

MDDB's main activities revolve around rescuing dogs from the local council pounds as well as off the streets. Once they have been rescued, the dogs are vaccinated and neutered before being put up for adoption.
